Honestly it was a pretty decent event, my main issue was that it felt like the shiny rates weren't nearly that great and on day 2 I did 35 Rayquaza raids and not a single shiny out of them

If it makes you feel any better I had to do 65 raids of mega rayquaza to get a shiny one between the global and ny gofests, had to be the most painful legendary shiny grind ive done (i dont do many, i only ever hunted shiny shadow mewtwo and got it on 7th raid and got genesect (second encounter), zapdos (back when research box legendaries were a thing), nihilego (8 encounters), and azelf(4th encounter) off hunt

Actually even with 0$ it wasn't so bad. I got 7 shinies (2 kyogre, 1 groudon and 1 Rayquaza), even though not a single shiny pikachu. Still fun though with a good community

Well, for me, I was on Go Fest London in-person. Got maybe 30 shinies in one day. It costs like $ 2000 total to be there. Flied, hotel, food, taxi etc. On Global Fest on the other hand, which I spoofed across te globe, for like $ 15, I got 200+ shinies.
