Washington played Alabama as part of the St. Pete/ Clearwater Elite Invitational softball tournament. It was a great matchup between the preseason number 1 ranked team, and the current number 1 ranked team.

Washington was not playing like the #1 team. Not even top 10. Not sure what was going on but if they continue to play like this their season isn't going to be great.

Yes but Washington beat the shit outta FSU who in turn beat the shit outta Alabama. Plain was on a weird funk here and Bates was out on concussion so it was probably an off day for them.

Bad loss for Washington. I know it can take a few games to start playing good defense but Washington did not look good at all. Their offense looked kinda weak too.
