In this video I'll show you step by step how to create several beautiful "lazy" last minute hairstyles with braids. These heatless hairdos are perfect for those moments when you are running late but still want to look pretty. These super quick and simple looks can be done in 3 to 5 minutes (and without heat!). Lilith, are you concerned about using so many elastics? They tug and pull my hair whenever I use them for a pull-through braid, even though I try to cut them out as opposed to pulling them out! Any suggestions?

You're actually doing the right thing! :)) They are sold in packs of 100-200 and ment for a single use only, so you can either tear them or cut them at the end of the day - that's what I usually do :) Trying to pull them off would be quite a nightmare! xoxo

Where do you get your elastic bands? I have thick voluminous hair and elastics bands either get tangled or brake on me.

I get them in Claire's, they are ment for a single use, so I break them in the end of the day instead of removing. Sometimes they do break, if I twist them too tightly, otherwise they are fine. If they break too often for you, you can try using 2 of them instead of 1. Hope this helps!

avoid heat, dry your hair naturally and use good deep conditioning products! :it's also worth cutting the end since they make cause even more split ends in a long term. kisses
