Just hit 80 on my feral this week so will be picking up that WA How do you set your raid frames up like that with groups etc? Or is it an addon not standard frames? Also how do you determine ferocious bite vs holding on to combo points?

It's pure standard frames. For ferocious bite I advice you my bite and roar weakaura that I've linked in another comment. Basically you only bite if u got X seconds remaining on Rip / Roar where X is 4s by default but I'd advice you to SIM this parameter so it fit your gear !

For my weakauras I'm mostly using napnap's Feral UI : wago.io/bxPN28n8m, as well as my own WAs wago.io/p/Bisonpasfut%C3%A9. For my addons, I have a lot of them...The list would be huge, which one would you like to know ?

Why do you ignore/not apply your rake a lot of the times ? And im not asking when Omen has procced btw.

Shred is always prio over rake when you have an arpen buff such as Mjolnir but in this fight I could use 1-2 more rakes you're totally right ! I still need to improve on this !

Could you please list the macros you're using? Also I'm wondering if flowerweaving in 25m wouldn't help you at some point when you are completely 0 energy.

Actual sims only show a 50 DPS increase when done perfectly and it's still WIP so I wouldn't recommend it on boss, on trash it's worth it however

No, just 1/2/3/4 keys - I assume you macro engi bombs and engi gloves to them. I just started engi feral and there's soo much to macro in order to get proper DPS.

How come you don’t keep rake up the whole time? Or at all on the heart?

Rake was a low prio before the change and even more now. For instance, you don't use Rake when under the effect of any arpen trinket since the damage per energy is higher with Shred. Also you don't want to spend any clearcasting proc on Rake since it's more DPS to use shred in that situation. On top of that you still have to maintain Rip and Roar, you have to use Faerie Fire on CD and you sometimes use Ferocious Bite as well. Also you don't wanna use Rake if you don't get the full ticks (I'd: when the boss / hearth is dying for instance). All of these result in a low uptime on Rake but this is perfectly normal.

Rewatching my gameplay I could have maybe used a Rake at the beginning of the hearth phade but I probably took the decision to not do it if the hearth would die too quickly

Hehe im just toxic, UI stuff is kinda annoying but very rewarding imo. Im using weakauras a lot and you can deleted a lot of dbm timers and announces. Keep Up the pumpage!
