My mom used to tell me not to eat ice/cold water during my pregnancy coz I will have extreme shakes/tremors when giving birth 😂😅obviously I did not listen. Now am worried about you consuming too much ice😅. Till this day I don't know what causes those shakes, I still believe is the ice 😂

I didn't eat ice but I experienced the tremors. Apparently it's your body reacting to the pain 🤷🏽‍♀️ I don't know how true it is though
