I love the car though. I Can't wait to drive down to capetown next week in it. Keep up the helpful videos. By the way does your boot require a bit of force to close at all. Great video. Very informative. Regarding the lane keep assist, is there any way we can permanently turn this off ? I feel it can be quiet intrusive so I prefer having it off, but each time you switch the car on this feature is automatically activated
@Wonderish4032 жыл бұрын
I'm in Australia, so possibly different, but I've found that if you put the lane assist to vibrate only, it will remember that setting next time you start the car. Whereas if you turn it all off altogether, both sound and vibrate, it'll turn back on upon restart.

@Thickdickdaddy420 Жыл бұрын
Yeah it is,with more power than the corolla cross hybrid
@the.educated.hedgehog Жыл бұрын
In NZ they claim 5l per 100km on the Hybrid, but to achieve that you have to be in the highest energy capturing mode, drive eco and single pedal. That said I love my hybrid for the city, below 50km/hour you mainly drive in EV and no petrol wasted at the traffic lights
@no_clot_shot1128 Жыл бұрын
@@the.educated.hedgehog to be honest I don't quite understand the logic behing EV vehicles. To produce them batteries is very inecological, and to charge them is more expensive ( in most countries) then drive petrol engines.. I guess it's a by product of the whole "climate change" hoax ideology...
@the.educated.hedgehog Жыл бұрын
@No_Clot_Shot you have to look at the whole manufacturing and maintenance process, for example with plug in hybrids not only how "clean" was the build process but also how truly "clean" is the power sources I charge my car with, or are we just feeling better because now we don't see the emissions as being caused by the individual and have no true understanding of emissions (and other environmentally negative actions) taking place at the factory or the power plant that generates the electricity ....that being said we can and should live more sustainably
@no_clot_shot1128 Жыл бұрын
@@the.educated.hedgehog yes exactly.. EVs and their manufacturing process is unsustainable.. plus don't forget electricity produced for their charging is still mainly produced of "fossil" fuels. You're very correct people should starting looking into it
