I’ve had mine for about a year and it’s still working great! Not a big fan of the display but the machine works well, plus I use my Garmin to track all the info. Yea and I agree this thing is heavy as fudge!! Probably gonna hire some movers to get it into my home gym right now it’s in the garage about 10 ft from where it was delivered! Thanks for the video.

Yeah the display is super basic and I did exactly the same via my Apple Watch to for heart rate, etc. definitely worth it for most people considering it’s so cheap and it gets plopped at your door. And ha yes you have the next dilemma. If your home gym is on the same floor it’ll be easier but yeah you probably want 3 people moving it minimum, at least now you have the rails installed to grab on to.

fantastic video and hugely helpful my friend. Also your shirt cracked me up

Thank you for the feedback and glad to hear it helped! There isn’t a lot of information and/or any long term use feedback from what I have seen so am happy to point others to it as a reasonable home gym cardio option And the shirt haha it’s Raskol Apparel, no affiliation whatsoever they just make funny and well fitted lifting-related shirts and stuff

Excellent review. Been wanting to see these in action.

Thank you! I hadn’t seen anybody else give a in depth review of this, especially not with a years worth of use to boot, so hoping it highlights this as a viable long term home gym cardio option.

Great video! This is definitely better than the stepr. You should also make a gym tour video btw - sick setup!
@TheJungleGymReviews3 ай бұрын
Thanks for the feedback! Especially comparing the costs as of today, I don’t really see how STEPR would be a good option for most people. There will always be people who have the specific need for something small or technology forward, or might even prefer smaller steps. I have had quite a few requests for a gym tour video, so will have to bump that higher on my filming priorities!

Great video. Me and the wife are building out the home gym and really want a stairmaster but couldn’t wrap our head around paying the steep prices of the stepr and other competitors. I think we will give this one a shot!
@TheJungleGymReviews3 ай бұрын
Thank you. And Yes for the price it really can’t be beat, especially adding the cheap warranty for the piece of mind - worst case solution they give you your money back or a replacement. But I’ve used mine a ton with no issues so have been overall very happy. Hope it goes well for you!

If you used a hand truck, do you believe you would be able to move the box from the driveway to the front entrance which includes 1 step all on your own?
@TheJungleGymReviewsАй бұрын
Not a chance, I don't even think you could get this box onto a dolly/hand truck on your own, the box would probably rip apart in doing so. I also would highly not recommend trying it at all. I thought myself and my strong friend could shuffle this a few feet and even outside the box the center of gravity is awkward and no real grip options. You should have 3-4 people really for any steps

Can you please link the exact lubricant you used and possibly upload a video on how you applied it?
@TheJungleGymReviews3 ай бұрын
Don’t think I can paste a link in the comments but from the Amazon product page - CRC Extreme Duty Open Gear & Chain Lube 03058 I literally just sprayed it on any visible parts of the chain I could between the stairs, the overspray made a huge mess all over the stairs for sure. Just kept rotating the stairs after a few sprays each side till the chain was fully lubricated (ish).

@@TheJungleGymReviews Thank you! I also wanted to ask, how have you kept it looking brand new? Mine has scuff marks all over it but yours looks shiny and spotless. Did you clean it or polish it with anything?
@TheJungleGymReviews3 ай бұрын
I think the video camera makes mine look much better than it is! I wouldn’t say mine is scratched or dinged but when you see in person you can see it’s not spotless for sure, I definitely don’t do anything besides wipe it down with all purpose cleaner once every few months

Do you think this would be appropriate for an apartment if you do not live on the first floor? Is it loud enough to be bothersome to the neighbor below?
@TheJungleGymReviews3 ай бұрын
Unfortunately, I don’t think you would be able to get it upstairs since it’s so heavy and awkward to carry, but as you mentioned, I would also imagine the stepping on the stairs at higher speeds of the stair climber would be loud enough for neighbors to hear. Not ridiculously loud but still probably loud enough.

Is it possible to double step/skip steps while using this?
@TheJungleGymReviewsАй бұрын
Definitely, you can actually pretty much triple step if you really want and time it perfectly
@skulls2o3 ай бұрын
Are the dimensions of the steps adequate? The depth of each step and rise is a bit smaller than the stairmaster.
@skulls2o3 ай бұрын
Also, does it have a pause button?
@TheJungleGymReviews3 ай бұрын
The dimension are adequate, I am 6ft2, long legs and size 12 shoes and have no complaints. Unless someone told me, in a blind test I wouldn’t really notice comparatively
@TheJungleGymReviews3 ай бұрын
Yes, the play button is also the pause button, just not labeled as such.

My garage is exactly 100 inches and I am 6ft tall. Will this fit?
@TheJungleGymReviews2 ай бұрын
I would probably not suggest it as it would be close. If you were a few inches shorter I would say sure but 8.5ft even would be cutting it close for comfort at your height
