Before the remodel an average player couldnt do much with pt and got destroyed by tropes but skilled pt could destroy nearly anthing but now.... its an unstoppable demon... anyways cool video.

I remember being attacked by way bigger Ptera while also playing ptera. Only reasons I got away is they didn’t one shot me, I was better at flying in dense foliage, and had super camo XD Was exhilarating though!

Nah with the life cycle gamemode (gauntlet) it only took about 45 hours to grow which I did in 3 weeks. if it was on free roam it would’ve taken thousands of hours for sure

It is. The price for failing a single dive is death. Land creatures don't have to worry about their own attacks killing themselves every time they use it. Fliers have the highest mechanical skill requirements for both PvE and PvP. Fliers get the benefit of mobility, balanced by the *constant* risk of fall/impact damage whether in or out of combat.
