Exactly right. I once saw a bear at a zoo doing this. He had wore the ground away from where he kept walking the same route over and over again. It broke my heart! If they have to keep them in captivity make it as natural a possible! Not just a few poxy twigs and leaves and thats it 🤬

Don't worry, fish is actually "dumb". They don't understand that they aren't in the sea/river. As long as they don't feel stress, by providing an environment similar to their habitat, it's fine. Things in Finding Nemo will never happen in real life lol. But i'm not sure about penguins tho...

Dale the main reason sharks get very lazy according to what IVE BEEN TOLD BY LOCAL FISHERMEN is that : "Sharks need to live in the open sea/ocean because they need to move water through their gills inorder to make oxigen and even when they get tired, they face the current and rest so the water moves into their gills ^ IDK how much of this info is correct, you are welcome to correct it. I've seen small to large sharks die out in Kuwait Aquariums due to this problem. So yes, it appears that even in Dubai, they just recycle dead sharks and no one is saying anything :)
