@@Jessicakaity yes, it maybe makes you realize that you are restricting a lot on a day to day basis. Eds are tricky and this shouldn't come across as hate but I'm pretty sure you restricted yourself afterwards, maybe not intentionally but I bet there were at least some `healthier`options because society always makes us believe that after a full day of eating one should clearly crave fruits, salads and veggies ...

@@v.b.x101 I know what you mean and I totally understand how you feel about eating fruits and veggies. I eat lots of fruits and vegetables too but knowing the eating disorders side as well... I´ve never said that people who don't have a diagnose do not have disordered thoughts sometimes. It's a widely spread problem I´d say and it's sometimes not noticeable for others, just oneself knows why or if the body "craves" so called healthy foods. And I bet it's a little bit of pressure behind it here and there (because one should do this/that and being "healthy" is so important, wouldn't it be better, clearly I should crave less ...)

Honey, why on earth would you show your weight to a platform of ed sufferers. I can appreciate what you were trying to do but with your history of an ed there is no way you didn’t see how triggering it would be! I know how competitive Ed’s are but posting your weight is never a good idea - showing the difference between morn and eve would have been great just no need for your actual weight xx

I normally really like your videos, but not sure what the point was of actually showing the number on the scale? Particularly because you must know you’d have a higher than normal percentage of people watching you/subscribed with an ED/disorder eating. Like couldn’t you of just said you’d ‘gained X’ throughout the day, it had gone down ‘X’ by the morning and returned to previous weight within a week. Or just not included numbers at all. Also the ‘before and after’ just felt like body checking. Like I didn’t find it triggering, but lots might.

Whether you're eating 10000 calories or 100, this really comes across to me as just another way to indulge in obsession around food choices, calorie numbers and body shape. I personally don't think that forcing oneself to eat beyond the point of fullness for a day demonstrates someone is more recovered -- it's still just another form of obsession with food.

I took a lil break from your channel a while back cos I was struggling and it was a lil triggering for me but you put 10,000 cal challenge in the heading of this vid so ppl knew what to expect. I disagree with you. A 10.000 kcal challenge is not about glamourizing binge eating patterns but about challenging yourself to realise that eating a lot of not entirely healthy stuffs and perhaps gaining weight will not make your life or body any different. Of course she doesn't eat like this on a daily basis, just like she probably does not count calories normally. Besides, binge eating means you continue to eat huge quantities even through you're not hungry anymore, which is not the case here. And when you are binging, you don't it in front of a audience or relatives because it's so shameful.
