I did notice the white deep freezers in the back. Here, in Ohio, that's against the law. Our health department requires commercial grade stainless steel freezers. Also, my years of experience with Ice Cream Trucks, this in no way is a 4 hour shift, unless it rains the rest of the day. This is 12 hours of selling alone everyday the sun shines, except for when school's in.

This is a really cool job to me. I’m 24 and I’m really introverted. I’ve been having the worst luck getting a job and mostly it’s because I dread working for people. Always on their time and it’s never enough alone time. I also have kids and a wife so I NEED MY ALONE TIME! I don’t want to be the old grumpy sweater vest dad and husband that doesn’t have the energy to interact with family when they finally get off work from miserable inc. I’m rambling but I think this will be quite therapeutic for me. I’m going to watch this video again but I feel like I’ll have trouble with actually getting what I need to start this. And it’s almost spring already 🤔 but thank you Mr Volunteer for this guidance.
