Great tour, Ash! There are few things more dangerous than a Holstein bull. You can pet them one day, and they will try to kill you the next day. How many employees to operate the parlor, and how many are milked per hour?

@@billsauberlich7337 this is my opinion and my understanding of it I think that there are 3 people that do the milking in the Milking Parlor it's a bit difficult to guess how many cows are milked per hour but I think that Tyler would be able to answer that question.

3 in the parlor and another person getting cow groups. Then sometimes a 5th for catching cows (day shift).
