I don't know how you see a single thing on your screen but thank you for adding music instead of the usual cringe discord chat that these videos include for some reason. I don't do m+ but this was fun to watch.

For the most part, my skills I already have memorized and I only ever briefly look down to see if a CD is up or not. The meters are there to track, not so much ever pay attention to during the dungeon itself. The Vuhdo bars are there as a means to cast spells on people quickly, so only in certain situations is where I look at that. The interrupt bar is just a quick look to make those decisions to interrupt something or not, and at this point the dungeon mechanics that pop up are just there to remind. Most of what I'm looking at are the mobs and my positioning, everything else is ignored unless I need to be paying attention to it in that moment. It can be daunting of a visual experience if you're not used to it, and I can understand that when I look at other people's set up at times, but they are tools to make things easier once you sort of get used to it. I feel you there in the whole discord chat thing. I typically watch other people's key runs for the sake of seeing how they pursued certain things, and I've never really noticed the conversations that are recorded add any real value or anything, and leave it being more of a distraction than anything. I upload these under the logic of them being 'tape' of sorts, a 'how this was done' so others can learn and maybe take away something from it while not being bombarded with voices the entire time.

Hi, can u remember that stats r better for paladín in season 2 df?

I do not remember. Mastery was bad at that time since damage was split into different types. Probably haste/vers

So you dont play divine arbiter in tyrannical?

Single target focused talents aren't strong in Mythic+, where the majority of the time is spent being in AoE. I feel the trade off isn't worth it. In raids it makes sense since the entire focal point is the start and end of a boss fight, compared to Mythic+ where you spend a lot of time in AoE situations. Ret is much more AoE based and suffer in ST anyway, so I tend to lean towards the strengths and just hope Beacon can help save my ST. However, take what I say as opinion. The paladin discord, and other places will offer a lot more insight on talent builds and the reasons. This is where I'm usually perusing to see what's theory crafted and general agreements on builds.
