What do you do in the downtime when Yu’lon is on cooldown and no one really needs any healing? I find my self kind of just stuck running around until my next yulon ramp. I want to try and save mana also. Any tips?

Some things you can do: use transcendance transfer/escape from reality to get a bit of mana back while also stacking up mana tea. Take a sip of mana tea so that when you do need to do the healing you will have mana reduction. Maintain a high rem count by using your charges, but also casting enveloping mists if you have mana to spare Chi burst, its free on mana and does some healing damage boss! Always an option!

I have 150% mastery and take the 30 percent chance for gust to do 150% plus essence font which makes gusts hit twice.. I been getting 120k crits that hit twice

Thanks a lot for this! I have been struggling with raid healing on MW and this actually helped me to understand it better. A question though, would you mind sharing that seedling duration weak aura? I have been avoiding the trinket because I did not like the whole targeting thing but since trying it I understand why people recommend it. Anyways thanks for the guide LB.

Is it worth using our secret infusion buff on a different stat other then haste? We are already gaining 33% from invoker's delight and the whole ramp is instant cast anyways. Just curious

You can absolutely use it on an enveloping mist! Sometimes I pop Yulon>tft>enveloping> then start the soom!

Hi, i was wondering if you think something similar to this could be viable for M+ in keys above lvl 20. I really like mistweaver but i absolutely hate the fistweaving playstyle

I do think so, but it would likely taper off once you get to around the +26 level where healer damage can mean the difference in timing a key

How do you get the white border for enveloping mist?

enveloping doesn't tick onto renewing it's a 1 time heal of 20% or w/e it is. (less than uplift)

Yeah that'd what I meant by a tick of it, so if you have renewing mist on one person and cast env on someone else, a normal tick of env does 60% spell power. So when you cast the env, tear will heal the person with rem for (%20)(%60) of your spell power, or 12% spell power. But it's cool because if you have 5 renewing mists active, every employee cast comes with a free ticks worth of healing from an env

The talent is crazy good for spot healing in M+ as well (in pugs at least when you don't have enough SG stacks). I think i found a bug with this talent (Peer into Peace), if you have a macro like mine where i do: /cleartarget [exists] /target [@mouseover,nodead,help] /use [mod:shift]Life Cocoon;Soothing Mist Soothing Mist remains in first target it was cast on via this macro but i can still insta cast EnvMist or VVF on someone else. If i use a normal macro with like [@mouseover,nodead,help]Soothing Mist for example, it works as intended. Anyway i really want them to take RenMist out of the GCD and also make this Peer into Peace's second effect as baseline to Soothing Mist.

i'm glad fistweaving was really popular this xpac but they completely failed traditional mistweaver. final tier is over and they just released the biggest buff mistweaver has received all xpac lol. saving a global everytime you switch your uplift target is crazy valuable. But it still doesn't solve mistweavers problem with renewing mist. you can't requre someone to be a proactive healer and limit their ability to prepare. there's not a single other spec where you're actually incapable of aoe healing unless you're prepared.

Disc priest and rdruid work like that, that's why they're proactive healers rather than reactive, mistweaver falls in between, being a hybrid proactive/reactive healer
