11 is the number again today! 11 souls are going to be ripped from this world unless we can do something for them!
We do not know the outcome of the last list. We are heartbroken, angry, and confused that this shelter has the capacity for over 100 dogs, but they have 56 dogs listed this morning.
These dogs should matter enough to the shelter staff that they take their video and share on social media over and over and take them for walks and let them play and give them treats and show them love until... but that's not what the staff do. They are about quantity. They are about money. They are about convenience.
We have to pick up their slack. We have to make up for their complacency, their lack or compassion for the sake of speed.
Please help share these dogs. Please foster or adopt to save their lives!
There are leftover siblings, dumped seniors, and young sweethearts on this list. Each and every one of these dogs deserves to have us fight for them. No one is safe at Apple Valley.
