when you macth them up and glue them on both sides, it should automatically stand up on its own =)

i realized I answered you incorrectly, lol, sorry. lay the shirt front side down, find the middle, pinch the middle top and bottom of back side of shirt, lift up, it should fold nicely. Hope that it helps!
