Love your circle casting method, especially when you mention the perimeter barrier. I’ve done something similar with the energy in addition to creating that protective space is well. Good luck with the spirits around the house. I loved your overall discussion of circle casting, I found it to be really useful. Love that you mentioned boundaries I feel like a lot of people don’t talk about that enough. Thank you.

I'm glad I found this video. I've been dealing with spirits messing with me since I broke up with my first wife. Crazy stuff. For instance bright red orbs moving in and out of the walls in my house. Also once a brand new jug of liquid clothes detergent got dumped out and the empty bottle was sitting upright in the middle of the puddle. This happened when I was alone with all the doors locked.

Twinings is pronounced "tw-eye-nings" (At least in England anyway😊) I love this method!! I'm definitely going to have to try it this way!

Ratatouille is actually really good movie. I was on the fence about it when I watched it with my girls years ago but I was surprisingly shocked.
