midgets are small sprint cars with 4 cyl and silver crowns are bigger sprint cars with longer chassis 75 gallon fuel tank.

well I know its old comment but the silver crowns are a take on the classic open wheel roadsters that ruled the early days and indy circut for soo long till the 60s the sprints are a smaller version of that and usually with top wings
