You said around 6 ish minutes that we should understand the actions of salat about how in prostration for example first one is creation from clay and second is going back to dust. But what does “understanding actions” mean? Do I have to actively stop paying attention to the dhikr “subhana rabi al a’la wa bi hamdi” and instead think about the wisdom behind the sujood (prostration)?
