I can’t make it flap when I’m touching my gumlines but I can when I’m touching that ridge behind the gumline. Is that fine? It’s a very harsh R though. Almost like the Russian stereotype in movies.

In the name of ALLAH. try and pronounce ف but place your tongue where it's usually lies when you say L. you'll observe that your tongue will vibrate and the original رررررررر sound will occur. And ALLAH knows.

I cant pronounce it like that because my two front teeth are a bit tilted up so I just pronounce R by putting my tongue below the bottom of my two front teeth and roll R with the help of my upper lip

I just watched a different video that said it is not supposed to trill in Arabic but your tongue is supposed to create a tiny gap. 😭
