We all know that ola has chased dimes tone for years and I think he did a pretty damn good job at nailing that in. The drumming is so close to vinnies swinging careless but thoughtful grooves

The more I listen to Pantera the more I catch little moments like that. In the song Piss, Vinnie really changes the whole feel while Dime plays the chorus riff just abt the same. It has a really cool effect on the feel of the song. That and no one seems to get the drumming quite right on Becoming. They get close but always a little off. That and 13 Steps have the sickest drum intros

That opening song on my parents large ass Pioneer sound system & the expression of my older brothers face was priceless. He was into John Denver & Bon Jovi. Dad was Elvis. I needed something for ME. "Im helping to leaglize drugs on your prestine streets, Im making a fortune"😂 I was a protected kid that only new the dangers of bears in the bush. Later on in life, I hitch hiked from near Alaska down to Vancouver to see them. Slept in some gazeebo, washed at the YMCA. People were jumping from behind me in the seats & smashing their face on the hockey boards. Shit got real, really fast. Now Im a stage hand in Finland. No more hitch hiking for shows. Thanks neighbour Ola!

Keep up the good work. One thing I have to say is: I also love Pantera. YOU should be the guitar player for the Pantera reunion/tribute. Not Zakk Wylde. I got nothing against him, I just think you nail the songs allot better. You got the sound and the feel of Dimebag. That is my opinion anyway. This is going to be an awesome series! Ola, that riff from Slaughtered is one of my all time favorites. So brutal and so much attitude behind that riff. RIP Dime!

The tone is so spot on that there were some moments where my brain felt like I was listening to one of Dime's isolated guitar tracks. GOOD STUFF!

So inspiring, Ola!! Thank you so much! I was more than 10 years without really playing guitar and tonight was my 4th show in a metal band this year. Gratitude is the word. Love you, dude! 🤘

So flipping bad ass Ola! Dime is my all time favorite metal guitarist! Such a master of riffs and solos with a very heavy Texas blues influence. You nail those riffs and some of those are so damn hard to do.
