Thanks for checking out this video, I know there's many things the WWE 2K series does way better but these are really cool features and some of them can work perfect in the WWE 2K series. Custom refs and a more instant breakout option would be perfect in my opinion. I think it's better to do a post match attack instantly rather than waiting for the victory scene to load. Wwe 2k19 is the best wrestling game in the last five years IMO. Doesn’t have unnecessary pay wall do get simple stuff like entrance creating or women wrestlers. Actually has a good tutorial instead of just putting you in the game and expecting you to know how to play the somewhat complicated system. Still a good game though. Just had a tournament for a title shot at the WWE title and it was entertaining. Also my god the AI is amazing. I’ve seen it put on amazing matches that I could honestly never see happen in 2k games.

Fire pro does need a little bit more to occupy singleplayer time as you can only exhibition for so long. I love the creative freedom fire pro has though. It’s amazing seeing what players come up with on the fpw net. I didn’t expect the movesets to be so accurate on most of them as I didn’t know if moves like the f-5 or rock bottom would be in fire pro but they are. I also love how playing someone like Steve austin feels more fun than in wwe 2k. 2k needs to bring back personality in the movesets

It took me forever just to figure out how to execute an actual throw. It was worth it though, it's a different kind if wrestling game but it's fun to play, feels skill based, and doesn't have obnoxious button mashing which was becoming most of the "gameplay" of other wrestling games.

Even after having fire pro for a year, I still can’t master running moves and top rope moves, that stuff takes precise timing

@@thegaminglion90 Yeah, I personally love that but I'm not exactly the norm there, I love insane difficulty in games as long as it's skill based. I fucking loved god hand and I'm still annoyed that they haven't rereleased it or ported it onto a current system. That's what I love about fire pro, you can always get better at the game which keeps me interested. The 2k games are not unplayable (at least the ones I played) but they are just so dull after a few matches, everything is just too easy and upping the enemy "ai" difficulty doesn't make it require more skill, or just makes the button mashing tougher and makes you more likely to fail reversals and such. That's not even getting into how "selling"is part of the actual game, something I've wanted in wrestling games for a long time. You actually have incentive to create an entertaining match instead of just dominating the opponent. It makes it so even a fight against a much weaker opponent can provide a bit of challenge by encouraging you to let him get some hits and throws in.staging your own epic comeback and finish is just so satisfying.

I remember in the thq games…if you did that the opponent would fall over if he moves too fast, and in current fire pro the ref stops the match. But in these 2k games, you can injure someone and they can still move around like nothing happened

Just how pathetic and unnecessarily restrictive the WWE games have increasingly become... in ways they never needed to be, that actually took more effort and work than just letting players do what they want... in particular to do with how much creative fun you're allowed to have. Will really help the sales of this game. Because it's such a contrast. Just a quick question. Can you do everything with a female wrestler that you can do with a male wrestler? Including things such as blood effects, weight limits, and facing male wrestlers.

I got every one of them aside from SvR'08 so far, but I'm skipping '19 this year too. I'm not made of money, and there just isn't enough difference to make it seem worth it. '18 was good... for how these games are these days. So that'll do as far as my visual spectacle type wrestling game goes. Although I'll probably stop playing it altogether if this one comes out on XBox. Wish I could just go buy a PS4, because this Fire Pro is exactly the kind of game I'd do that for, if I actually could... I think consoles miss that about exclusivity sometimes. It's not just about enticing someone with the opposition over to you, it's also about whether or not they're actually capable of it. And who can afford two consoles these days? Or an upgraded PC, either? Not most people. It'd be a lot better if all these exclusives were timed exclusives rather than true exclusives. That way, gamers wouldn't have to just miss out on good stuff, sales of games wouldn't get lost... but most of the people who could afford to change console just because of a game, would still do so, just to play it a lot earlier. I wouldn't mind waiting a year for something like this, I'd still pay full price for it. It seems exactly designed to fit my preferences!

+Jane Ross You know that's a great idea. Timed exclusives. I own a PS4 and miss out on quite a bit X box offers. I am a huge Metal Gear fan, and since the inception of the PlayStation 1, it's been an exclusive. Until the last game, which came out over at X box to. Same with my other favorite, Devil May Cry. But yeah 100 percent agree. These copy and paste titles are annoying. I wouldn't mind if they took a year off to perfect the engine, and we could have say 2k20 for like 2 years just heavily updated every couple months or so until 2k22. I mean the WWE moves so fast, by the time the game comes out, the real life wrestlers have either changed their gear or changed their music and we're stuck with the old looking attire and music on a new game lol.

That makes me think of another thing that's sorely missing. An entire back catalogue of entrance moves, music themes, and character pieces to use in created wrestlers. Especially the music, and especially if they're not going to let us import our own music, just because of online. In fact if these things were developed at the pace they should've been, we'd already have a clothing designer by now. Not just patterns but shapes too. There wouldn't be a problem then! Old attire? Well just make the new attire, in-game!

Fire Pro is 2D game so ps4 can run game smoothly without any problem such as overheating,etc...but for wwe 2k there is limit because,you know,high detail 3d game so it may cause overheat to your ps4 if the game to 'heavy'...sorry bad english
