The palmers stick is a great lip balm. I can get very dry lips in the winter and it works wonders. I always stock up when I see them in a store. Use them all year round now! Have one in the car, one at work and one at home. Love it!!

The oil in the shower is something I learned when I had a bout with aquagenic urticaria...allergic reaction to water on the skin. My doctor told me to put oil on while still in the shower and before air can hit my skin (causes severe itching and scratching. The trick is to wipe your skin first with your damp wash rag then apply the oil. You are damp, but not soaking wet and can step right out the shower. I have gotten 90% better, but still use this method. I can feel the itchies come back when I rush and forget. Plus, my 56-year-old skin looks 30...no wrinkle's or anything.

Hey audrey! I bought the palmers cocoa butter about 4 months ago and used it after i showered. I loved the smell soo much and made my skin super soft and also used it in many other ways, such as scrubs , hand creams ect... although Some spots did appear on my skin where i had applied. I was wondering does this mean im allergic to the product whatsoever, or any other reason? I only use it on my feet now. Also i love your videos so much, you have helped loads 😀

Depends. I wouldn’t recommend to use it on your face at all if you have sensitive or acne prone skin. Your body should be fine though unless you have body parts that are acne prone as well

Something I would recommend, that is effective and less time consuming, after the shower with your skin damp put some lotion on, and then wear a bathrobe. This will make the lotion sink faster into your skin. That way you can avoid the oil part which for some ppl can clogged their pores, specially in the back.
