To actually click on a video, see a person that is from a completely different background but yet has a similar tone featuring make up that works for US (medium girls: not light, not dark) is such a breath of fresh air. I got the Bahama Mama Bronzer. It shows up as a very subtle contour color on my skin. Its not warm enough for bronzing , it only works as an incredibly SUBTLE contour powder. I also got the The Balm take home the bronze in Tony, which is a great bronzer shade for us, but not deep enough to contour with. So if anyone is NC 42-44 get Take home the bronze in Tony if you want a true bronzer (looks beautiful as blush too) or Greg for a deeper color.

SO glad I found your channel! I'm very light skinned but thanks to my ethnic background, I have an undertone that is impossible to shop for makeup-wise (I'm brazilian, italian, and german). A lot of the products for light skin are PINK and if I'm lucky I can find warmer foundations that are still very yellow on me. The bronzer, undereye color corrector, lipstick, and foundation line are all things I can't wait to try out. THANK YOU!!! :)

Great video! There aren't many beauty gurus who do beauty reviews/makeup for medium/dark skin. Have you tried the Lilah B divine duo lip and cheek products? They say the colours are universal but not sure how it will look on medium/dark skin tones. The line looks so clean and simple though. So tempted to buy.

After your Fenty video, I went and got the foundation along with the tarte concealer. That foundation saved my life..but the tarte concealer is really thick and cakey on skin. It looks beautiful on you though.

another red/orange color corrector completely equivalent to the ruby kisses one is the la girl pro concealer in the red corrector shade plus its also super inexpensive. i get mine for $2 at local beauty supply stores 🙂🙂

I wanted to update that The Balm Bahama Mama Bronzer breaks me out BIG TIME. I have whiteheads and painful bumps all over contouring areas now. I'd been using it for a month or two. I have this problem with almost every single bronzer and dark powder I own. I looked up the ingredients, and I'm thinking it may have something to do with the red pigments used to make pressed, dark powders, or perhaps, the Dimethicone or Zinc Stearate. I compared Bahama mama and Estee Lauder Bronze Goddess (both break me out) to Maybelline Better Skin Pressed powder (which doesn't seem to cause problems). The red pigments used across all of them are the same. No luck there. The emollient ingredients in the bronzers that break me out are in higher concentrations than in the Maybelline, which is mostly made up of Talc and viscosity control ingredients. Concentration matters, e.g. I have Vanicream in the light lotion form and in the thick cream form. They have the same ingredients, the only thing that changes is concentration. The cream clogs my pores very visibly, the light lotion doesn't. Zinc Stearate is in both of the ones that break me out, but not in the Maybelline. Sadly, it seems like im not onto anything XD I will try out dark LOOSE powders next, and get a darker version of the Maybelline Better skin Powder foundation. If anything works, ya'll better believe I'm going to be writing about it everywhere. I'll even write a dang Reddit post on Makupaddiction and Skincare addiction while im at it. Im not giving up the slimming effect of contouring!

Can you share a video for hiding acne? Ik you don’t have acne but what you would recommend to hide pigmentation from acne marks and the uneven texture from acne scars. Bc of my acne scars when I put foundation on, it feels like it settles in the uneven texture and makes my skin look worse. How can I fix this? Btw, I love your videos!
