I’ll never understand how to use a linebacker the movement is so sloppy for me that even if I predict something correctly for example a running play I just completely miss the tackle 90% of the time

I had the same issue. I used to always play DL until CFB and now this. Don't sprint until you know you got an angle. A lot like running w a HB..you just use L stick to get lined up then hit RT to take off. Also for blitz : either line up to plug a hole or time the blitz and sprint into the hole. If you time it right 90% time your in backfield. Let go of sprint to fine tune a sack etc.

Love these videos, but being honest I'm too old and slow now to keep up with all the audibles and shage coverage, etc. Feels like I'm playing against a madden pro every H2H game. Man I really don’t like this madden every time I lose it’s pure luck last game I rage quit bc I was up 7 always lock dudes down and they somehow get a 3rd and long but this dude ran 4 verts on my cover 4 I had 4 defenders one dude and his receiver still pulled it down for a touchdown with a couple minutes left in the 4th I was so mad I quit and gave him the win

Try blitzing more on 3rd an long an watch a video how to activate your blitz by bringing a defender close to the line of scrimmage pre snap
