I'm a 55-year-old newly diagnosed diabetic. I almost died from Type 2 DKA in October because I didn't know I had this. My husband knew he was a diabetic; he was in the hospital while I was in the ICU and passed away on November 15th from complications. Because of all of the stress, I've been having a hard time controlling the spikes. I felt like crud this evening until I did these little exercises. I feel like I need to do it two to four times a day. Your light, simple and positive approach helped me, Caroline, can't thank you enough.

All I can say is Thank You! I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I was having a rough time with the Metformin. I literally woke up every morning to vomit up acid. I became jumpy and easily confused. My uncle, who was prediabetic, told me to try exercise instead. Then a diabetic specialist said the same (while switching me to Diamicron, when necessary.) Of course I completely changed my diet too (smaller portions and low glycemic foods. No sweets/snacks. Mostly vegetables and proteins.) My blood sugar is now controlled with your exercise videos. If I test it and it's over 120, I put on one of your videos and check it back. Thank you so much! You are a treasure! Your positivity and encouragement are greatly appreciated. Bless you!

@@minimane840 I'm currently not on any meds. Was never put on insulin, only Metformin. I control my blood glucose by cutting down on carbs and exercising. My only starch intake is small portions of udon/sooba noodles and multigrain crackers. Only snack is 2 teaspoons of peanut butter at around 4-4:30pm. I try to eat breakfast (usually 1/2 cup of a whole grain cereal with almond milk and Ceylon green tea + cinnamon) no later than 9am. I try to eat lunch (usually a 2-egg omelet with 6 multigrain crackers and oolong tea) no later than 1pm. I try to eat dinner (usually mixed vegetables and turkey with udon/sooba noodles and Indian Chai tea) no later than 8pm. I also exercise about an hour after each meal. This video I follow after breakfast. A video about life xhanging weight loss (from Caroline) I follow after lunch. And a video about normalizing your blood sugar (from Caroline) I follow after dinner. Sorry I dont remember the exact names.

i just want to say that i was told that i was prediabetic earlier this month. and i’ve been working out and i often lose motivation because it’s too hard. i want to thank you for being so positive and supportive the entire video. i’m doing this exercise everyday from now on because i just love the energy you have. thank you so much. edit: i did it another time i loved it so much

Pregnant and diabetic. Checked sugars before I started the work out. 213 beforework out, 149 after. Doc wants them to be at 140 or lower for baby. I did these work outs back to back. Absolutely awesome. Will be hoping to do them in the morning then in the evening. Thank you so much!

My blood sugar was really high 18.6 mmol (no dka) couldn't go out for a walk cause its 5 am. did this full routine 2 times with a small break in-between and it lowered my blood sugars to 12 mmol with just 20 mins of exercise, so it really does work. Will be coming back to this video again, thanks for this!

Hi .. I am khalid from saudi arabia .. I am just 31 year .. last week I was check my HgA1c was 6.1 , the doctoe said this is pre diabetic .. is not good feeling but ALHAMDU LE ALLAH . Did this exercise today! I made the mistake of eating spring rolls thinking it will be good for gdm! But my test turn to be 1.53! Did this exercise and I thought it'll go down just a bit but surprisingly I tested 1.18. Thank you so much!!

Just been diagnosed as prediabetes. Dr suggest exercise 30 minutes a day plus diet changes. First time doing this routine, I feel tired and out of breath. But, I do have limited lung function. Overall, I loved this routine and will use as a start up to feeling better. Will increase time and exercises depending on my body signals. Great workout!

@@lopabose5609 some symptoms of pre-diabetes include high blood glucose ( after fasting ) which is a around 180-200

I could keep up and went from 358 to 264 I just 10 minutes. I'm going to try to do this routine 2 times a day. On e in the morning and once at night. Thank you so much. I just have to motivate myself to do this every day.

Exercises are awesome. I practice doing them everyday. I even measured my blood glucose level before and after. My glucose dropped significantly after preforming exercises 👍 It is a real help not only for diabetes but for insuline resistance and as a way to keep your biochemistry under control.

I just have to say thank for all of your seated workouts. It really helped me get through a really bad ankle injury. I was getting depressed and I found your workouts. It kept me moving when I just couldn't put any weight on my ankle for three months. I will be adding this video to my play list.

Caroline I am really utilizing this video everyday several times a day!Due to the fact that this condition is chronic I check my numbers each day. Have done this for years. I Lost 30 pounds in 6 months eating WFPB low low oil. Low low fat. Still working on bringing my blood sugar numbers down.

@@fatimaramzan4069 there is no permanent treatment but do exercise regularly and completely stop eating junk food and flour based food, if you eat white rice in lunch then lower the quantity, eat eggs and fish, sleep timely and drink plenty of water, eat plenty of vegetables especially green vegetables and fruits.

​@@fatimaramzan4069 Cut any type of sugar for 3 months (including sweet fruits, Very hard but works), exercise for 20 min in the morning without food, take gooseberry syrup/extract (natural, no additional sugar) in lukewarm water in morning before excercise & after 20 min of meals, keep medications going. You will get extremely good results.

I am a 52 year old diabetic. Ive been feeling weak so decided I best start doing something for myself. This is my second day doing the routine. I definately feel like I have more energy after. This routine, as soon as I think I cant do another one the 50 secs is up. So it's perfect for me. Thank you. Plan to progress to the weight loss one once I find this one easier

I found you a few days ago. The level one is what I have been doing . Also the sit in the chair one leve2. Thank you so much. I really need to lose weight and get my blood sugar down. Are you diabetic?. You are in such good shape. I want to stick with these exercises. Thanks for all these videos. Joanne

I'm obese and diabetic. I tried this exercise and it's easy to follow and do. However, it's my first time to do any kind of exercise so it's a bit of a struggle for me. The good thing is, it got me sweating a lot which pleased me a lot. Halfway through the video, I couldn't catch my breath already lol. But I continued on a less slower phase. My body still need to adjust to exercising. I will do this everyday. Thank you so much for this. 😊❤️

I'm thankful to not have diabetes, but certainly appreciate this gentle but effective workout to get me off my butt, which is what I need the most of. Thank you for all the different exercise options you offer. You helped me with chair exercises when I had an injured knee.

I love your energy and I will be doing these exercises. Going thru menopause at 54. I have used walking to keep fit but on days when my back is hurting I can do this work out. 😀👍

Believe me you helping me a lot I lose 8.1 pounds now I was 142 pounds and now I’m 134 pounds ❤❤❤ plus I control my foods too. Thank you so so much from the bottom in my heart 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

I woke up with my fingers numb and knew exactly what to do, I went from a 368 before the video, to a 272 AFTER the video. it's 9:27am and I'll definitely be back again today to do these till I'm at a good level. thank you sm for this video 🙏🏼

My husbands fam got sick from covid so we have been quarantined from them and have been ordering out because we can’t share the kitchen to cook so my sugars have been pretty bad :( (pre diabetic at 6.0 a1c) I ate something my body could not handle and spiked through the roof! I was doubtful a short video like this would change anything but I dropped 43 points 😱 I wonder if I do it twice if it would drop another 43 🤔 I’m going to test it! Edit: okay so I dropped another 25 😄 not 43 but hey anything helps!

Hey, I am a diabetic too...just wanted to share with you... 🍋 Lemon really helps, if you see your sugar spike up squeez the lemon in the cup add a little water and drink it...you'll it drops drastically. And yes I exercise too. When I was pregnant, I was in Insulin but the sugar was just unable to control. My whole pregnancy I used lemon and insulin. My daughter she's 2 years old now with good health

This is a good workout I done it a few months ago to lower my blood sugar before I went to bed but I wanted to let you know moderate and I checked it before and after a few hours later my blood sugar was like normal range so this is a great way to get started with exercise and to lower your blood pressure and blood sugar so I yes I would like to check out more of your videos I hope I can find them I know this is been a few years I think and yes keep up the great work you're helping a lot of people thank you

Many thanks for this. In the complete lockdown for COVD 19, couldnt do my daily walk of 5km. I find your exercises very interesting and easy to do. Do you have any evidence that these will cut down sugar. I am identified as pre-diabetic and said I can control with food and live style changes. I have been on control with food and walk but this indefinite curfew completely messed up everything.
