You are one of the MOST practical car blogger who talks about DAY2 not just DAY1 this car is good blah blah......of-course the list you mentioned is good.....but for the sake of ultra overrated car market in our country we can further separate the features( at this stage ) ....good to have and have to have...... I still feel ( though I live in Delhi ) .....ventilated seats ....dashcam ....adaptive cruise control ...these are still good to have.features however...adaptive light beam..hill hold for AT cars.. .front parking sensors ..360 camera...TPMS....these are more like safety and security have to have features not luxury even someone with basic car like Alto and super expensive car like fortuner...both deserve these features as they can help us avoid accidents. Hopefully we get these added the same way airbags are getting added as must. If don't know if you remember just couple of years ago even airbags were sold as feature ( thank god those days are gone) I also have third category of features ...these are call NO NEED TO HAVE FEATURES......panoramic sunroof....ambient lighting are in that list.

Totally agree. 1) Cornering headlamps which are extremely helpful in hairpins turn. 2) defogger, rear wiper washer as car gets blind in winter and rainy season. 3) electronic irvm very useful in night drive 4) internal.adjustable mirrors. All above should come like basic

Features Handeling above safety because better safety saves you in case of accident, but car with top-notch handeling can avoid the accidents Marginally. And this is the reason why you see so many Nexon accidents. It's safe but highly unstable on high speeds.

360 Degree camera, Tyre Pressure monitoring system and Dash Cam along with Projector headlamps for not blinding incoming traffic and also Traction Control with Electronic Stability Program should be made mandatory in all cars. One more important thing you missed out is Rear Washer Wiper and Defogger for all SUVs and hackbacks.

Perfectly said and also side indicator with camera feed, day and night irvm, low sun light penetration design/coating on window glass, seat height adjustment, tyre temperature sensor, rear boot hydraulic struds for full usage of boot space, large brake light which are even missing on big vehicles like harrier, fortuner...., Better cabin lamp for better visibility at night, of all these best headlamp which do not need to me replaced with aftermarket as the stock ones don't provide enough visibility, need better R&D on lights.

What you say is 100% correct. We don't need DRLs, Don't need sunroof, cooled glovebox etc., I would add another important feature of driver seat height adjustment, and powerful headlights for night deriving. Assuming of course, the vehicle meets safety standards...

Ford ecosport had a great feature for low beam.light whenever your car turned on it automatically switches to low beam many ppl don't even know they are driving in high beam everytime switching it back to low beam everytime will have a great effect at no extra cost added

All features you have mentioned are important and relevant. Auto dimming the head lights when vehicles approach from front needs to be made mandatory now as 99% of drivers hardly bother to shift the high beam to low. Though it's punishable to drive on high beam in city driving conditions.
