Seems it came down to a discipline thing, you saw progress but didn’t continue it out means you were moving in the right direction but didn’t want it enough to continue. Trust me I’ve been there. My biggest thing now is understanding I don’t need so much leisure when it comes to eating, I’m working throughout most the day then why do I need to snack on unhealthy items. Now my meals are clean, I ONLY eat when hungry, & avoid high calories for no fulfillment
