Architecture is fun!! ….. I came from a poor Blacktown family (2003) went to Western Sydney (studied bachelor of construction 2004) got my first job 2008 …. Made my first million developing Blacktown 4-plex (2012) retired 2020 (Covid) decided what will be a fun way to end my life (pilot) or (Architecture)?? Choose UTS … Architecture for fun 🤩… if a designer called Prada puts her heart ❤️ into a design spends 90 hours making a custom piece BUT no one buys it!! THEN fffk it!! she will wear it herself!! SAME IDEOLOGY!! If I spend 200 hours designing my own duplex then … spend 12 months building it USING MY OWN builders licence!! if NO ONE wants to buy it!! THEN fffk it!! I will rent it out for the next 5 years ….. Like the “House of Prada” I am going to turn my 2 & 5yr old children into great designers, hopefully 🙏 50yrs from now!! Nabila Design Studio will be a well known design house!! if not me … my children and my grandchildren will have amazing life experiences 💋……I spend 3 hours every night 5 days per week teaching my children to draw ✍️……….(2024)

What is Architecture?? I tell my kids’ if you can draw ✍️ you will never starve. Your dad’ could break my back…take the house and bank account!! I will still be ok!! All I have to do’ sit in a wheel chair on Market Street Sydney and show off my designs.. people will come to me’ Not because I am in a wheel chair BUT because they genuinely like my designs!! Now I may have to modify my original designs based on clients budget BUT that’s ok!! Not everyone is a movie 🎥 star who can afford PRADA designed 100k dress BUT the fact remains “if the house of PRADA” wanted to design $1000 dollar dresses for the mass market “they are most welcome” BUT the house of PRADA” chooses NOT to play in that segment!!!!!

You really miss the whole point of choosing best universities for studying architecture. The Bartlett, Manchester, Cambridge and Milano? Give me the break. There are far better schools in the States and almost half of educational institutions in Europe have declined to the point where they accept any international students for funding architecture schools. Berkeley doesn’t even come close to second tier architecture schools and MIT’s master program is very weak, even though the school is one of the best reputation wise. Some people take this kind of stuff seriously and get suicidal after being enrolled. You seriously need to be cautious with this kind of topic.

@@gamingjanidu7755 I am from one of Ivy League colleges. If you are able to get a scholarship, go to Princeton Harvard or Yale. I don’t recommend The Bartlett and British schools.
