I was guilty of not doing more forts earlier in the game. I also pushed for T5 rather than VIP points. Luckily for me, I only used a small number of GH's, maybe 50 or so, on gold key commanders. At least it was Mehmed, which I am still using as secondary to Scipio. But my biggest mistake was my impatient behavior. Spending too many speed ups and gems early in the game. I should have saved both for the important things later on.

I don't think you could have predicted this much power creep when you started. Don't be too hard on yourself for experting Cao Cao. One of biggest problem with RoK is that it's so punishing to invest in the wrong commander as sculptures are hard to come by, even with moderate spending. There is no room for experimenting with legendary commanders.

You will 100% need T5 eventually if you want to truly help on the field during SOC. I think his major point was not to focus on T5 and rush for it to the exclusion of other things. Having meta commanders, meta equipment and T5 are all needed but if you are skilled at fighting, the T5 is probably slightly less important than the other 2 and now there are Armaments and that makes a 4th thing you will need. Also if you aren't VIP 14 yet, that is the number 1 thing to concentrate your gem spending on during every MTG.

Omniarch, i did the same mistakes as well with gh. Spent on gh on gold key commanders. Spent too much time in home kingdom. Finally migrated after kvk4 from home kingdom. Have migrated 2-3 times after homekingdom. I also thought T5 was end goal. Now i know its not. My kp was also low. So i had to try hard to get better kp

Agree completely on the kp. So many trading kills to boost stats. Fight when it matter and stop padding stats. Makes you look weak when the cards on the table.

people use to make fun of the amount of kills i had but when they changed it and show the tier troops killed on your stats i had higher quality kills end up having x5 more kill points than then because i only fought real fights the battle that matter to help win the kvks

kp stats were just too easy to manipulate to mean anything to me. I was proud that 95% of mine came from fighting at markers, trying to help win kvk. It never bothered me I didn't have that many. I used to wonder how lilith tricked people into thinking they were what defines a player, but then I realized they didn't have to, people just convinced themselves. this just isn't a poor man's game, lol you were the best of the bunch (although I never cared about the lore of the game) cheers brother!

it's not a total waste to expertise cao cao. he is still the best mobility commander in the game after all these years. his double relic is also quite neat. he is not murder-ball material though.

Interesting vid. Made many of the same mistakes. My two were el cid and richard. Though it was only 60 heads, I still want them back from when I was a noob and took bad advice that el cid was good. Also spinning way to much for Richard. So many wasted gems that should have gone into VIP to get the free daily heads earlier. I also can't stand dueling and trading kills. I am so glad my kingdom leadership watches that stuff like a hawk and with the ability to pull numbers continually now easily, they only count KP from meaningful fights and the rest is disregarded. Though dueling is allowed after the zigg is taken for people to hit milestones for coins and things, it just doesn't affect the kingdom then, as it isn't counted.

Mehhh... I mean, there's always final fantasy xv a new empire if you're up for a REAL mistake 🤣🤣🤣 I wouldn't go as far as saying it takes no skill, because to some degree, it does. It is city building, strategic war game after all. It can indeed be done f2p if you're invested and wise with your building/crafting decisions. Even a huge spender can butcher an account beyond usability 😂😂😂

You just slapped me with the bad commander investments, so many 5-1-1-1/ 5-5-1-1 commanders, I did this on 3 accounts. then buckled down on others. mostly for my own tests and potential sleeper duos marchs

My biggest mistake was that I got complacent when my first kingdom became the most powerful kd on its region and the ward only lasted every 1 hrs to 3 hrs and the kd just getting crowded that I stayed on the 4th alliance of the kd which hinders my progress until soc. Our alliance didn't get the chance to be in the frontline and it was hard to join on the 1st and 2nd alliance to fight in kvk since the players in the kd are active and have high power. Can't get any good rewards from the altars and such since it's always been the top 2 alliance or the top contribution.

you still have to be top5-10 strongest players if you really want to benefit from internal KD events. If you are top3 and the players there allow you to claim top spots in events then it is most certainly worth it (until you get bored at least :P )

@@itz_logane495 yeah bro, great work!! Keep it up!! I definitely say vip 14 for your case then! And if you're f2p/low spender, do it in chunks during more than gems. Good way to earn a bunch of legendary Universal sculptures for doing something you were gonna do anyways. Whatever you do, don't spend in vip shop. My personal order of priority would be as follows: vip 14, then possibly books of covenant to get to t5 (NEVER ARROWS OF RESISTANCE!! Theyre super easy to get during lohars trial, just have patience.) Then, definitely equipment. Be careful with what equipment you get though, and do some research on equipment. I could rattle on about it for awhile, but there's tons of content on KZbin more entertaining than my drawn out comment 😂😂😂 best of luck going forward, bro!! And enjoy!!

@@OmniarchOfficial ok, you didn't literally say 'most', but you did say that a lot of people have 2-3bil kp that have been fed, which is sheer nonsense. in fact, basically all well run KDs have bans on kill feeding with the potential exception of feeding tiny amounts of kills for fixed MGE ranks is theyre trying to keep power down. the real reason you dont have high KP numbers is because you dont run 10 farms and, (i'm assuming here), don't buy rss. that's it. nothing inherantly wrong with that, play however you like. but trashing people that do have a lot more kp by saying 'ah, they just fed a ton of that' is pretty damn disrespectful and frankly i was surprised to hear you go that route.

If any of these game developers had any kinda sense at all. Theyd make these games more flexible. Especially for commanders and equipment. Allowing players to have versatility. Would boost activity and spending. When you punish choices as heavy as lillith does and cater to whales only. Your limiting 98.9% of your players. Like why even bother to try and compete. If they opened the game up and allowed things to be interchangeable, not only would the game have more depth, players would've feel so trapped and hopeless.

it's normal to have almost nothing in kp given the quantity of resources you have in your reserves 🤣, if you want to make a max of kp use all your universal speeds and don't hesitate to use your reserves in a kvk and you'll see that your kp will increase very quickly.
