I can clarify number 3: if you continue reading chapter 11 to verses 45-47, you’ll notice that God clearly says to prophet Noah (PBUH) that his unfaithful son is “not of your family” but he is “one [whose] deed was other than righteous”; so God shows that “in His eyes (the Eyes of The True)” people are truly belonging to each other by their nature/prevalent character (that is built upon goodness/badness of faith and deed), not their blood. This condition (Salvation for the faithful) is shown in this verse: {[So it was], until when Our command came and the oven overflowed, We said, "Load upon it [i.e., the ship] of each [creature] two mates and your family, except those about whom the word [i.e., decree] has preceded, and [include] whoever has believed." But none had believed with him, except a few.} [11:40]

I can clarify number 2 too😁: verse 78 in chapter 4 is intended to clear the Prophet (PBUH & HF) from the people’s accusations unto him as being the “source” of their bad luck, where God confirms that “all events” (good/bad) happen “by the will of God” (hence “God is the source of all”) not by the Prophet (who is a mere human messenger not an ultimate controller of the events in the universe). While verse 79 is intended to clarify the “reason” of such events that happen to people (as in “why God willed for it to happen to them?”); if you refer to chapter 17 verses 4-8 (especially first part of verse 7) they are verses that talk about “natural outcomes” of good and bad deeds, where if one is doing good (i.e. following the commands of The All-Seeing God, whom always “decrees” to guide His creations to goodness) then goodness will come back unto him, and if one is doing evil (i.e. following their blind whims and desires) then evilness will comeback onto him, hence {What comes to you of good is from Allāh, but what comes to you of evil, [O man], is from yourself.}

As studying the Quran or even the verses of it is hard, I can say one thing on number 7, the verse on no compulsion in religion is read together with the whole verse and it is explained not as you can’t/don’t force religion unto another person but the meaning behind it is that the truth and falsehood are clear, the religion does not need to be forced unto you, when you see the truth surely you will follow the religion, hence the continuation of the verse. A lot of people seems to forget that it is a long verse and take it not only out of context but missed out entirely of the meaning and justify their actions and beliefs. The verse is long and is explained clearly in this way and not what people normally think. It’s okay to be confused, Quranic studies is hard. You don’t only learn the Arabic linguistic, you must also understand the reason of revelation, time of revelation, the context of each verse, the sunnah or authentic hadeeths that may correlate to the verses which those hadeeths must be accepted and not weak/false, the interpretation(tafseer) from certified scholars and others. I myself are from understanding just a gist of it, but may Allah guides us all

The first one is with a error of counting on your part. “the heavens and the earth were joined together as one unit, before We clove them asunder" (21:30). Therefore the two for heaven and the two for earth are the same so it’s 6 not 8. The second one is due to your lack of understanding the verse. It says the Christians Jews and Swabian’s who believe in Allah (Not trinitarian ones as mentioned in the second verse). The one about the first Muslim means the first one following the current revelation which was sent (The Quran). The other ones as Muslims still did submit to Allah but they followed the Injeel and the Tawrat. They were Jews not Muslims but still followed the teachings of Islam. For the one to forgive it means that all sins are forgave even without you asking for repentance except associating partners with Allah. For that you must seek yourself forgiveness. Drinking wine is undoubtedly bad. The other verses mean drinking wine in heaven. That is free of intoxication thereby making it halal. Ascending from heaven to earth to Gabriel in 1 day is equivalent to about 1000 in human years Resurrection day is about equal to 50000 human years

Lisaan al-‘Arab, 1/738 Then this sticky clay became muntin (stinking). Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “And indeed, We created man from dried (sounding) clay of altered mud [min hama’in masnoon]” [al-Hijr 15:26] Al-Raazi said: Al-hama’ means black mud. (Mukhtaar al-Sihaah, p. 64). It says in Lisaan al-‘Arab (1/61): Al-hama’ means black, stinking mud. In the Qur’aan it says “min hama’in masnoon.” And it says in Lisaan al-‘Arab (13/227): “Masnoon means muntin (stinking), as in the verse ‘min hamaa’in masnoon.’ Abu ‘Amr said: this means altered and stinking. Abu’l-Haytham said: sunna al-ma’, fa huwa masnoon, i.e., the water changed, so it was altered (masnoon).” When this mud was mixed with sand, it became salsaal (dried clay). Al-Raazi said: Salsaal is hot mud mixed with sand, so it starts to clank or clatter when it dries. If it is baked with fire it becomes fired clay or earthenware pottery. Mukhtaar al-Sihaah, 1/154. It says in Lisaan al-‘Arab (11/382): Al-Salsaal min al-teen (clay made from mud) is that which has not been made into pottery. Any mud or clay that dries is described as salla saleelan (rattling or clattering) … i.e., it makes a noise like new pottery. Thus salsaal is likened to pottery, as in the verse, “He created man (Adam) from sounding clay like the clay of pottery” [al-Rahmaan 55:14 - interpretation of the meaning] All of this is confirmed by the hadeeth of Abu Moosa al-Ash’ari who said: “I heard the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) say: ‘Allaah created Adam from a handful that He gathered from the entire earth, so the sons of Adam come like the earth. Some of them are red, some are white, some are black and some are in between. Some of them are easy, some of them are difficult, some are evil and some are good.” (Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 2955; Abu Dawood, 4693. Al-Tirmidhi said that this hadeeth is hasan saheeh, and it was classed as saheeh by Ibn Hibbaan, 14/29; al-Haakim, 2/288; and al-Albaani in Saheeh Abi Dawood, 3926). This is how Adam was created: from the earth - i.e. from its dust - which was then mixed with water to form mud, which then became black, stinking mud. And this dust was created from the earth which is partly sand and when it is mixed it becomes sounding clay like the clay of pottery. Hence when Allaah describes the creation of Adam in the Qur’aan, in each case He describes one of the stages through which his creation passed and through which the mud was formed. So there is no contradiction in the verses of the Qur’aan. Then after that the sons of Adam started to multiply and they were created through water which is the sperm and fluids which are emitted by men and women, as is well known. This is explained by the Qur’aan in the verses (interpretation of the meanings): “And it is He Who has created man from water, and has appointed for him kindred by blood, and kindred by marriage” [al-Furqaan 25:54] “Then He made his offspring from semen of despised water (male and female sexual discharge)” [al-Sajdah 32:8] Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: When the perfection, complete power, all-encompassing knowledge, ever-executed will and utmost wisdom of the Lord decreed that His creation should be of materials of different kinds, and that they should vary in their forms and attributes and natures, His wisdom decreed that He should take a handful of dust from the earth, then mix it with water. So it became like black stinking mud. Then the wind was sent upon it and it dried out, until it became clay like pottery. Then it was given shape and limbs and faculties, and each part of it was given a shape suited to its purpose. Then he mentioned how people are created by means of intercourse and the emission of semen. Al-Tabaayun fi Aqsaam al-Qur’aan, p. 204 And Allaah knows best.

The hadith narrated by Imam Ahmad in his musnad book states: told us Hajjaj, told us Ibn Juraij, told me Ismail ibn Umayyah, from Ayyub ibn Khalid, from Abdullah ibn Rafi* maula Umm Salamah, from Abu Hurairah who told me that Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihi Wasallam held his hand, then said : Allah created the earth on Saturday, created the mountains on the earth on Sunday, created trees on the earth on Monday, created things that are disliked on Tuesday, created light on Wednesday, spread the animals animals on the earth on Thursday, and created Adam after asar on Friday as the end of the creatures that were created in the last of the moments of Friday, precisely between the time of asar and night. This hadith was narrated by Muslim ibn Hajjaj in his authentic book and also by Imam Nasai through various channels from Hajjaj (namely Ibn Muhammad Al-A'war), from Ibn Juraij with the same sanad. It mentions all seven days in full. Whereas Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala has mentioned in His Word six days. Because of that, Imam Bukhari and others who were not just one of the huffaz questioned this hadith. They made it a narration from Abu Hurairah, from Ka'b Al-Ahbar, that is, not a marfu' hadith.

No compulsion - you forgot to quote Q 9:5 which contradicts but in reality abrogates the no compulsion verse. There is no contradiction - many verses in the Quran were abrogated for as Allah says in the Quran, he sends better verses. The tafsirs make this clear: Ibn Kathir: This honorable Ayah (9:5) was called the Ayah of the Sword, about which Ad-Dahhak bin Muzahim said, "It ABROGATED EVERY agreement of peace between the Prophet and any idolator, every treaty, and every term.'' Al-`Awfi said that Ibn `Abbas commented: "No idolator had any more treaty or promise of safety ever since Surah Bara'ah was revealed. Al-Jalalayn in his tafsirs on 9:29 says that Islam abrogated all other religions " nor do they practise the religion of truth, the firm one, the one that abrogated other religions, namely, the religion of Islam". Hence, the no compulsion verse has no importance once abrogated (it's like the earlier verses about wine having benefits, no Muslim is to follow that anymore and drink wine).

First, the verse has not been abrogated only for that specific time, but for all time, hence it's absurd that Muslims still bother to quote this verse, would you not agree? Second, it's funny that the Quran being an eternal book for all time and humanity happens to deal so much with little issues in Muhammad's community during the early 7th century. Third, Muslims always that that Muslims were just defending themselves, never broke treaties etc. How did Islam expand to Spain, Egypt, Syria, Iran, Iraq, India etc? Did it expand because there was no compulsion in religion, or buy using verses like 9:29?

I recently finished reading Hoyland's "Seeing Islam as Other Saw It", which is a HUGE collection of all known sources during the first ~100 year of Islam in different languages of the region. None of them mention the Quran or the theology, so what was being conveyed? Theologians writing never mention the theology of Islam, or very little of it.

In exactly the same way, in Surah 41, verses 9-12, Allah is saying that He created the earth and the mountains in four days. He explained it by saying it took Him two days to create the earth and four days to create the mountains etc. Meaning that it took Him four days in total and not six. Thereafter, he mentions that He created the seven heavens in two days totalling six days and not eight. It is clear from the above detail that there is no contradiction between Surah 10, verse 3 and Surah 41, verses 9-12. (this isn't my point. It's rather obvious that what Allah is saying is that anyone who associate partners with him will go to Jahannam and yes, the CURRENT Jews and Christians are like that because they have long since lost the original content and that is proven by many, that the current Bible is based upon myths and wrong history. The difference here is that, the true Jews and the true Christians are those or should I say 'were' those who believe in the original text and not what is present now. So those who believe in what was originally stated and follow are for Jannah and those who follow 'anonymous' texts written by 'anonymous' writers as the word of god and believe in stuff like trinity, aren't the true followers of their own religion even if they claim to be.
