Share) Jesus Christ Loves you , he died for you so you can have eternal life . Sin Separates us from God so if we sin once we are separated and if we die in our sins we will go to Hell . We have all sinned and fallen short to Gods glory , so we need a savior . Jesus Christ payed our punishment on the cross so you have the opportunity for Eternal life instead of punishment ! Accept and Believe Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior , Repent and Turn away from your sins , And become filled with the Holy Spirit and become born again and your Life can be changed completely and you can have everlasting life . Once you do these things such as Accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior , Repenting / Turning away from your sins that’s causing you harm , and becoming born again ( Transformed through the Holy Spirit ) , you won’t be separated from God anymore and you can have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ ! You will know God and he can heal you of all your pain , burdens anything ! He set me free of my Pain and he can set you free of yours ! The bible says you are a new creation when you become born again ! 2 2 Corinthians 5:17 🙏🏼❤️ Whoever does not accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior will be cast into the Lake of Fire Revelation 20:14 . God bless you in the Mighty name of Jesus Christ .

Hi Henri, That was really useful, thanks so much, and finishing with 'Swanee' was the icing on the cake! What would be really fantastic would be a short tutorial showing how to GRADUALLY add in some right hand. For me, and I'm sure many others, that's where it all goes pear-shaped! Thanks!

Henri! Thanks so much for this! I feel this is how everyone should start out with the piano, in general. After enduring a childhood filled with classical piano lessons, I truly and deeply wish that, instead, I'd been taught exactly the way you teach in this video. I'd have felt freer, would have gotten to a point of creative expression on the piano way sooner, and would have loved piano exponentially more. I loved (and still love) piano, but classical training never helped me build the confidence I needed as a child. Music theory, finger exercises and learning classical pieces are all great, but can and should be done only after a person is on fire for the piano and has built enough confidence to truly be present with its potential. Your music keeps me sane in an otherwise very crazy world. Thank you. :)

What a sweet note Lindsey. I was lucky my cousins and I played by ear when we were little, learning what each other knew...just fun silly stuff...I try to encourage that with my students also but sometimes they are too shy to do that sort of uninhibited play. I guess it needs to start w family and friends first. It is not too late to unlock your inner child. Play some R/B and learn to boogie! Dancing is a terrific start too! Also folk music where you sing! Have fun!!!

This video is just soo good!! I recently bought a korg b2 electric piano with zip musical skills on a piano and an extremely daunting mind set of learning boogie woogie on the piano, as I have discovered my passion for this genre of music recently. Given I am right handed and the importance of the left hand in boogie woogie, I didnt think I would or could learn a version of a super cool walking bass in the near future. But lo and behold, in walks Henri with this video and hey presto!, 24 hrs later I have the structure memorised enough to close the doors and train my l hand. The video resonated with me in presentation, content and especially the style of his delivery as I was, after watching the first 5mins, able to sit at my piano and easily follow and learn the structural elements and rhythmical progression without any formal or practical training other than watching youtube for many months and mincing keys behind closed doors. It is also really refreshing to see many good boogie woogieists posting tutorials and disseminating their knowledge and passion for their music, and I for one am extremely grateful for the chance to learn from these gifted people in the comfort of my own home! Max kudos to you Henri and I hope that 1 day I can be able to be in a position to do return the favour for other people. All hail the left hand walking bass! Haha

Amazing tutorial Henri! Please do more! I liked especially the eight bass! I know this is a big request but a series where you would break down the set you performed in the popular ”When a professional musician plays a public piano” video would get a huge amount of success since so many people are interested of the patterns. Keep it up sir, I’m a big fan and boogie woogie apprentice. 😄
