Japani ke India ke Bhasha & culture janna koi exceptional kam nahin.....balki normal & expected hona chahiye. B'coz, Japan koi dur "foreign country" nahin, hamare India se related "Oriental sphere" mein se ek Des hai!!! So, Japan ke sath India ke Religious, Spiritual, Cultural, & Social relation aaj se nahin....very ancient hain. Even Japan & India mein Art, sculpture....(Murti banane ki art) aur Painting me bhi connection hain. Kafi 'Hindu status of gods' Japan me vi hain!!!India me 1200 yrs. Ki Muslim, British, & French ke long rule period ke vajah se "Post-independe" hamare Academic, Economic aur Cultural attention Western aur middle-East ki taraf ho gaya. Par asal mein, hum log "Oriental culture Sphere" ke hisse hain....jismein Nepal, Bhutan, Tibet, Thailand, China, etc. etc. ke sath 'Japan' bhi hai!!!

Do you know Japan has strong connections with one of the greatest freedom fighters-RASHBEHARI BOSE of (Bengal) India? He kept on fighting for the freedom of India from Japan and a Japanese family (Soma family of Tokya , Owner of NAKAMURAYA BAKERY ) helped him a lot and later he was married to the daughter of the family-Miss Toshiko Soma. You can visit Nakamuraya restaurant in Shinjuku,Tokyo and taste the Nakamuraya Curry , originally introduced in Japan by Rashbehari Bose and is still made according to his original recipe. It was a hit back then and I have heard many Japanese people still love to taste it.

And do you know Rabindranath Tagore when he visited a korean man in japan during 1930's, the korean man asked Tagore ji to recite a poem for korean people to keep their spirits up in the hope of becoming independent! This is taught to students in korea and they also worship Tagore ji, and they also built a idol of him. Guess you got something new to read😀 From hyderabad!

Both the cultures give a huge emphasis on expressing respect to elders, especially senior citizens. In India it is expressed by touching the elder’s feet for blessings. In Japan, the expression is through deep bows, care and words. Joint family systems are common in both, and the oldest member is often the head of the family

I like your videos, binge watching them currently. All your observations are very balanced and have a positive vibe, which is so great! Maybe another similarity is the respect for food... like rice and just respect for things like musical instruments, weapons , etc. Also , if I may say so , your usage "paani se dhote hai" is completely 100% how a native Hindi speaker would put it! You are extremely fluent :)
