I had spaghettio for dinner a few days ago. Radation therapy ruined my mouth and while I'm cancer free 3 years now my mouth is still recovering lol. I crave certain foods but can't eat too much yet. Like spicy or sour. Its really hard on my mouth. I been wanting real spaghetti but tge acid in tomatoes hurts too much. So I grabbed a can of my grandkiddos skettio lol(Hoops) it kinda went down easy as they are pretty mild flavored but it scratched an itch. My hubby buys the ravioli in a can just cuz he likes it for work occasionally. I did go fancy tho and put grated parmesan cheese in my skettio lol. Got to be civilized you know 😉🤣

The Chef Boyardee ravioli is a major comfort food in the US. It was marketed heavily to kids in the 90’s, so a lot of millennials were programmed to strongly favor and desire it’s bland mushiness. 😅 When I eat it it is straight up nostalgia in a can. I love it with parmesan cheese on top. We also have a very popular canned pasta in the US that is like the Heinz Hoops called Spaghetti-Os, and they are made by Campbells. They have a variety that comes with mini meatballs and I remember always asking my mom to get them for me in the store. Love the video! ❤

The canned rice pudding looked interesting, although I would absolutely insist on eating it warmed up. Chef boyardee ravioli, beeforoni, spaghetti and meatballs are so good I grew up eating that stuff and I still love to eat it sometimes such a classic.

Idk if you have this brand in your area but Bumble Bee Tuna Lunch kit is a great on the go meal I highly recommend. It comes with a small can of tuna salad, crackers, fruit cup, and a cookie and it's about $3.00 USD

Canned corned beef hash! That stuff is *expensive* compared to just buying potatoes and a little beef, hah. The others though, you hit me right - we always have canned fish, and I can ration a can of spam across bowls of ramen for days, LOL.

I can eat Spam either cold or fried but Treet (to me) has to be fried to be edible 😆 🍳 Yes, this video brought back some memories of my childhood as well. I remember having potted meat on white bread with miracle whip plenty of times. Let us not forget about vienna sausages with saltines. 🐷

@@vivaldi_is_dreaming Ya gotta buy the corned beef hash in bulk pallets/trays to get the best price per lb. Per can it's pretty pricey ye

There is a round spaghetti in a can here in the US, and the very old commercial jingle went: “The neat round spaghetti you can eat with a spoon…uh, oh, Spaghetti-Os!” Spaghetti-Os and Chef Boyardee were always in competition with each other. (Spaghetti-Os was also available with cut up hot dogs.)
