I want to blur out an area while taping a yoga session :) I have the area targeted (like you did with your son's face) but the circle shows up from the very beginning of the video but I only want the blurred out circle to show up when I am in a certain pose. Why should you download it to the PC as opposed to using it online? Is there another advantage besides not needing to be connected to the internet?

There may be some feature differences between the two. Generally getting features out on the web is faster than shipping to desktop software. If you have a low-end machine, using the web is probably better since much of the processing happens in the cloud. If you have a high-end machine, editing on your PC can give you better performance since there won't be any latency associated with working on a project in the cloud. Hope that helps!

Kevin!... I didn't know which video to comment on because it's really urgent and I need an answer ASAP.. and luckily I found this video that relates to what I want to ask.. I'm following a tutorial you made about using Shotcut to edit and there is something I'm missing and no matter how I look I can't seem to find what I'm looking for... okay cutting to the chase: I'm making a compilation of certain clips from a movie and while that part is already done,, I still can't seem to get rid of the background noise or sound from the video... I want to retain the speech from the characters Kevin and use a different audio track... Please why can't I seem to successfully do it even after detaching the Og audio from my video? After detaching the original audio track, My filters option for the audio are inactive.. Please help or give me another alternative.. Thankyou

Voice isolation in CapCut and shown in this video can handle that very easily 👍 I’m not sure if shotcut has that capability.

I love your videos. I do have a question; CapCut charges an additional $29 to use the avatars that are included with the program and $29 every 30 days after that. I didn't see where I could upload my own images and have it lip sync my images like the selection included. Am I missing something?

New to Capcut. Excellent video. Been using Camtasia most of the time for video editing. I notice it trends to bog down when creating longer videos. Do you have a feel for which of the two programs tends to bog down more with longer videos? I understand I can go to proxy videos but without using proxy videos is performance similar?

Love your videos by the way. That said, Cap Cut must have changed their software because even though you just posted this video 3 weeks ago, the option for Vocal Isolation (@10:53) is not there. In the video it shows it being just below 'Noise reduction' but the only thing below it now is 'Channels'. Even still, love your videos. 🙂
