I too looked for the corrugated piece of paper, then I remembered I had a 6x6 pad of various colors which I used. Love your cards so and the fact that you don't add too much items that most of us crafters may not have. Keep up the good work and looking forward to your next video.

Very cute cards and I'm so impressed you made them in a day! Wow! I didn't get the corrugated paper either but went into my old stash of tools and found a paper crimper. Used it with Kraft cardstock and voila, a sleeve!

Wait, I have to pick a fave? No way!!! I love them all. I do feel special - I have a crafty friend who has a paper crimper and I had taken some strips of kraft paper to a card making session and helped myself. Imagine my joy when I saw the coffee theme of this kit and knew I had something in my stash that would go perfectly! That rarely happens to me. Thank you for these fabulous ideas!

OMG! I am so sorry that I let this card kit go by; I just didn't think that I could be creative enough with it to justify the expense. Fortunately, I do have another coffee themed stamp set in my stash that I think I can make work; now, all I have to do is look through my patterned papers. I can't pick a favorite from your 10 cards, they are all wonderful 😘. One night to create all 10 is REALLY impressive, too! My favorite cards are number 5 & 10. I would agree with you about the items received in the February card kit. I didn't get the enamel tea and coffee cups but received a sticker sheet and no corrugated paper so I will make do and add a lot of glossy accents to make them look like enamel stickers.

Such very cute cards! My kit was missing the corrugated card as well as the epoxy stickers which I really wanted. They substituted it for regular stickers. 🙁

I always look forward to your awesome videos! I didn't get the corrugated paper either so I contacted SSS about it. They told me they weren't able to include it in the kit because it "might be" discontinued, but they said it is made by Fancy Pants and called "Gray Corrugate Sheet," SKU 1912. It's disappointing they didn't substitute something else. I did some searching, and Fancy Pants did, at some point, make "Cool Gray Corrugate" in 12x12 sheets, and also included it in some of their 12x12 patterned paper pads, but it appears to have been discontinued. A few random independent shops online seem to have a few sheets available. I ordered some but we'll see if it ships! If you're not stuck on the gray color, Silhouette has adhesive-backed corrugated sheets in white, black and kraft that are thin enough for cards and can be die cut. I haven't found an another company that sells gray, though.

beautifully made all of them , you can buy a little machine that will crimp your card stock , like coragated cardstock , also some of the dollar shops sell like kind of card stock for childrens crafts that way you always have it on hand

Love your cards! I was extremely disappointed that I didn't get the special card board paper either! BUT it's very easy to make your own---use clean, kinda thin cardboard, like Amazon boxes, cut into manageable pieces, spray top of cardboard with water, let soak in, then peal off the top layer! That's all.

Love this kit. I got the cardboard in my kit. I bought it within 5 minutes of getting the PayPal invoice. I wonder if they ran out. Thanks for sharing your ideas. I am going to scraplift the I have bean thinking of you to send a card to my nephew. Hmm I don't subscribe anymore and bought the kit the night before the "official" release. I wonder if they set the cardboard aside for subscribers?? Either way if anything had to be missing from the kit, I was ok with that. Some people had a replacement for the enamel stickers. I would have been even more bummed!

Beverly Stotz I am new to these card kits this year - I didn't receive the cardboard OR the puffy stickers in my kit. No mention of the cardboard but I used a Starbuck's linerThey did include a smaller sticker set of a flat coffee mug and three coffee beans, but I was disappointed 😔The good news is: I found this You Tube video as a result trying to see if that happens often, so THAT made me happy! I will keep watching you as your ideas a super cute, and I really want to not only use the kit pieces up, but also to get better at this! You make it look easy, but it is NOT!

Clever cards as always. Really frustrated with SSS. It took 18 days to receive it and not only was the corrugated piece missing but I did not get the shaped sprinkles "Latte Love." I had subscribed last month and got the January kit right away. This is a really cute set but upset. I have read a lot of negative comments regarding some of the tactics they seem to get away with.

When you subscribe you get that first month really fast. From then on it takes a while. This is why I unsubscribed because I can then buy the kit right when it comes out if I want and not have to wait for an invoice 3 days after it is released. It's $5 more, but I don't care when it comes to my time. Plus I'm (trying) to be picky with the kits, so what is an extra $5 one month if I skip a kit the next month. Also, I get a tracking number buying it month to month and get it about a week earlier than when I had the subscription. I heard from quite a few people that did not get the Latte Love sprinkles. I can imagine that was very disappointing and I have read many negative comments about SSS. Unfortunate because I love their stamps and kits. Although I personally have never had to deal with anything except slow shipping, I don't order from them anymore except for the kits. I just don't want to deal with any issues that may arise. They have always been great at replacing damaged stamps which has happened twice though. It's really too bad.

Hi Donna, I use the Bristol Smooth Cardstock for ink blending and my Zig markers. It is the only cardstock I will use for those two mediums because the ink moves so easily on the paper. Yes it is heavyweight although I'm not sure of the exact weight. You can purchase it from Hobby Lobby, Michaels, and Amazon. If you go to Hobby Lobby or Michaels it is in the fine art section, not papercrafts. It is amazing paper and yes smooth, lol :)
