Thank you for showing us. I’m scared that they will rip you off in charge you more.

Sometimes they do that. Tourists often have big money signs on their forehead. Although, bargaining is fun with them :)

So do you guys think that is a good deal buying things with just ten dollars or how many items you can buy it?
@Reardon_Explores3 жыл бұрын
I mean, if you are simply talking about buying as many things with $10, we think it's a great idea because it shows an idea of how much things cost and how they compare to other places in the world. But depending on what you buy, you can always get more or less of course.

@@Reardon_Explores right I think Guatemala is a cheap place to buy a lot of things

@@caminantesolitario6163 Yes, it can be depending on where you come from. But like anywhere, there are some expensive places to equal what you would spend in your own country

we don't want to cheat people out of hard work, but talked the guy out of 6 dollars for a hand made craft? yeah.. that isn't cheating him? wow!!
@Reardon_Explores2 жыл бұрын
a lot of hand crafts are mass-produced...making their value much lower. In all markets, foreigners are targeted for higher prices. That is just ow the world works
@susant55932 жыл бұрын
@@Reardon_Explores yeah and still they are hand crafted not machine crafted. unless you are showing the company that manufactured it, then it wouldn't be hand made craft. so their is still a difference... but still that's an excuse, because that wasn't even a high price. So you further spread what big companies do to you? that's right spread the misery.
@Reardon_Explores2 жыл бұрын
@@susant5593 Why are the prices inconsistent? The price isn't the same for every person shopping there. At the end of the day, any money paid, is a value the customer & salesperson believes is worth it. Either way, if the owner/salesman accepts an offer, it is considered a fair transaction. Everyone is entitled to shop with their own budget and you seem to have more money to spend, so feel free to pay what they quote you at first
@Reardon_Explores2 жыл бұрын
@@susant5593 You are a joke! Please, go to these countries and spend more money. You are entitled to spend as much as you want. If you don't like how much other people are spending, don't watch them spend their money. There is nothing wrong with bargaining, it is a form of shopping in places like these. And the salesmen know it. The deal was made, the deal was accepted. All sides benefitted. Just because someone may not have a lot of money, doesn't mean they shouldn't visit another country. There is nothing wrong with traveling on a budget. At least, people still give appreciation to other places of less value because there are people like you who won't, who are here to spend top dollar. You can continue your negative appeal elsewhere. Obviously, you are on here to give people a hard time because you have negativity hanging over your head.

@@Reardon_Explores lmao!! I didn't go to a third world country, from a first world and rip them off. your the joke!!! i didn't tell people to go down their if you have no money to be a burden on already starving people lmfao!!! why don't you travel more responsibly and plan responsibly, then you don't have to budget ten dollars. Just because you are entitled ( lmao!! from the entitled) to spend all the money you want, does not entitle you to RIP people less unfortunate than you off. What A Joke!!! Honestly not the place to do that in. use some common sense man. you could clearly tell he hated the deal. don't make videos on how to cheat people, that are already starving and become a decent human being. people from a first world nation have a responsibility to others that don't live there. show them their is a better way not to show them that we make all this money just to be asses. What a JOKE!!!

Hand crafts in Guate are not cheap. All that clothing that indigenous people wear is very expensive.
