I recently came across the actions of a Sigma person and this is me...I thought of myself as different....it is not different is the uniqueness of who I am and how I choose to handle things...I truly believe in keeping my peace...no response is a respond and set up boundaries on people without them realizing it when I become scarce and unavailable....life is so much better when I focus on what makes me happy!

Point 2...a younger version of me used to try to course correct people...as I saw what was coming.. Now it's so true, like in the video.. I know Life will take care of people's rough edges or chips they carry on their shoulders. I myself have unloaded a LOT of my own baggage as i moved on in life...
