"Good in" can also mean "you look nice in these clothes." For example: You look good in a dress. Finally there is also "good with" when followed by things and people. For example: She is very good with children. To sum up: Good at is followed by an activity, usually a verb and is the most common. Good in is followed by a location or situation.
