The only Carnival ship that I have been on was the Splendor which lacked most of the included options on the Radiance. We are on the Radiance in February and the Magic in April. We really want to try all of the fast serkice options - Big Chicken, Guys Burger, and the like.

The Carnival Firenze has ping pong, but I cant recall if the Radiance has a couple of tables or not, sorry.

Long Beach port is a very simple port to drive to, lots of covered parking and that converted Spruce Goose Dome as the cruise port is wonderful. The only complaint is there is not a cafe in the port to get a snack as you wait. Unless you a diamond cruiser. Thnx for the comment.
