You can actually go to those features such as sleep mode and settings etc by swiping down across the watch face, then swipe left for all additional settings. Just saves time ( no pun. Intended ) having to go through all the settings etc

After a minute or 2 the exercise goes in background and then you have manually to select it, in order to see the steps and time again in foreground. Is there a way so that auto track in exercise will not to go in the background and stay in foreground untill you will finish walking?

Be careful. This costs data. Certain features aren't available especially if you're only tethered to a Bluetooth phone with the app. If that is your mainstay communication device for calls etc then that's a different story. Samsung wants you to put data on the device to have full benefit of the watch. If you have a phone plan already it's a waste of money putting a plan on the watch as well. You can use it as a passive monitor for workout and heart rate. That's about it if it's only Bluetooth phone tethered

Worked good for the first 5 months, than the heart rate sensor stoped working and barometer and sleeping track. I have writed on several forums and it look like a lot of people have the same problem... So i would not recommend. I hated when I would actually use the watch for streaming music and watching videos it would die so quickly. Now with the larger battery this thing rocks about 3 days on a charge. I'm so happy!

If you have Android Lollipop 5.0 or higher, it should work. I have an older model phone Samsung Note Edge and it was running Android Kit kat 4.04 and wouldn't work with my new Samsung Smartwatch. You must have at least Adroid Lollipop 5.0 or greater for it to work. I took my phone to this repair center and they upgraded my phones software to Marshmallow 6.01 and now i can use my new smartwatch. :-)
