Hello, try to learn Sanskrit from some online platforms and develop some coding to translate these is different languages as well it will help for current generation as well and read ancient history. The issue in current history is most historical bases is based on Delhi centric but there are various rulers in southern India like chola,Chera,Pandya, Vijayanagara empire. I hope u people provide some edge to non tech people.

Where all other civilisations perished and crumbled we have lived to tell the tale. If any other civilisation or culture even took 1 invasion that we did, they woukd vanish into oblivion. We took hundreds of them. Greek invasion, Islamic invasion, colonialism, mongol, turkic, Communist, western imperialism, the list goes on. We survived em all. Yes we took damage, but our ancestors left a lot for us. Not all is lost, we've got a lot to work with, and we should stride forward with that optimism. Show some gratitude to our ancestors, we have everything because of them.

Im from Maharashtra, mumbai and in 4th std the whole history syllabus was about Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, in 6th std we had history about Mayuras, Gupta's and cholas. I think that mumbai University is far better than other universities in india.

Feels very sad about our education which was destroyed & several books burnt 5000 years ago. I learned that they took 3 months to burn all those books, because at that time there where no paper & books where made from lathers / woods / stone etc. It really hurted me deeply. But I'm sure if we do deep archaeological survey in India then we might find some more evidence. But now India's downfalls has ended and we will seen the uplift in this century.

Not only women but also men. Like in Mahabharat eklavya was refused bcz of lower caste... Like said in podcast, in ancient India there were schools but only for upper caste and royal families not for everyone. And even in royal families girls were not sent to schools bcz as u mentioned some great female scholars,but they also never went to gurukul/school but taught by there husbands in there home.

But in ancient times caste was not birth based. You could be Brahmin you could be kshatriya, vaishya, shudra depending upon your karma. Great sage valmiki was not brahmin but a shudra by birth. by action or karma he became Brahmin. That's again proves your argument wrong.

At the bottom layer of kutub minar, 2nd or 3rd line, one stone has Ganesha statue, it is placed upside down. Our tour guides pointed it out.

If I remember correctly, in the courtyard, there is a pillar similar to Ashok Piller, with carvings, all signs that it was built by Hindu king

I am a teen, watching this right now at 3 am and I am glad that I came across this. I have always loved history and it pains me deeply to hear about all the injustice done to our countrymen generation after generation in the name of education. Indian education system failed and continues to fail us even now. I sure as hell will never let my kids in the future trust fully what they are studying..not under my watch in this country.

@@Vizorfam I was just like everyone before i realized that it's very important for everyone to explore outside the books...Indian education system just forces book education. I hope more kids like me explore outside because it's seriously debilitating being limited to school books.

It's none of my business but please start sleeping early. I am a 28 year old now but as a teen I used to stay awake late at night talking ppl or listening to music or reading novels. You won't realize it now but it will eventually mess with your sleep patterns and you won't be able to maintain any fixed pattern...at times you will sleep in time but slowly again sleep into a messed up sleep cycle and this will adversely affect your quality of life. Please sleep early. Tc
