My cousin got run over similar to the first story. It took a year to find the truck. They found the truck covered in the back yard of a sheriff's deputy trainee. The 24 year old got weekends in jail for 44 months so he could continue running his business. Yay America.

The Crystal story hits TOO CLOSE to home. I didn’t know crystal but I knew Felicia, we weren’t close friends but we were friends and use to work together. Felicia was not that man’s girlfriend. She met with him to go on a date and he killed her for whatever reason and left her body by a river under a bridge ( if I remember correctly) a few weeks before this she was happy and even had a birthday party for her friend at her house. She seemed more relaxed and happy from leaving her past behind (ex dancer)and ready to start a new. Hearing this again is kinda hard because it happened out of the blue because of this I always tell someone who I’m hanging out with and send a picture of the person just to be safe. She did tell someone who she was going out with but never heard anything els from her 😢 Rest easy to all the people who have had their life taken 💛

I bet you the shooters in the #9 story didn't even know who the driver was and just incorrectly assumed it was whomever was driving the car that was the shooter in the previous drive by. In some jurisdictions a judge will still find someone guilty when they enter in a guilty plea.

You still have a result, which is a finding of guilty by the judge. The judge will actually say the defendant is therefore found guilty, so that it is entered as a record….so it’s official. They don’t ask the defendant fo their plea and if he says guilty, they just say “okee dokee then. Guess we’re done here…. Yall have a good day.” And btw, a guilty plea doesn’t always directly equate to not having a trial. The judge can reject the defendants guilty plea. Yes it does happen. If the DA offered him a sweet plea deal, the defendant pleas guilty but the judge can say BS that’s not enough time, I’m not going to accept the plea. When entering a guilty plea, the judge also asks several questions like if they really are guilty, if they were threatened or coerced, etc…if the judge doesn’t like any of the answers, he can reject the deal. But even if the deal is good, the judge is ok with it, and defendant enters a guilty plea, the judge still says he’s found guilty to make it official on the record.
