You did a great job on that driveway! Some people don’t want to accept that sometimes the pavement when it’s clean is going to have markings that already existed(but you couldn’t see) and no amount of pressure washing is going to get it off. Glad you got paid though and he wasn’t a cheap skate!

You served your customer well. The overall message I am getting in situations like this is I MUST take the time to preview the property and communicate with the customer any areas that standard washing will not clean. It will serve us best to have an open and honest upfront conversation with the customer.

Yes! Glad you got the message. I'm not always best at explaining myself. But take Pictures and videos before and after. Always set expectations as best as you can.

They don’t know what they don’t know, what’s worse is what they think they know. Good job perusing the resolve and following up. Can be super uncomfortable at times

Yeah it was awkward and difficult for sure. I'm glad I was able to figure out a way work it out.

I use SH for pre and post treat.
@brandonlambert80213 ай бұрын
Future reference dont' use 3% for post treat, pre treat that'd be okay, but post treat you can use house wash.

I believe all the forums on follow are on facebook right now. Pressure washing for newbies. Pressure washing business owners. Those are a couple I follow. Those might not be the exact names. They've been pretty handy.. you can also search them for comments that have been talked about.
