Their movement looks so beautiful.So unique..It combined between fast and smooth but intimidate each others.This is very perfect kendo demonstration i've ever seen in my life.

@GokiGandalf As far as I know 9 Dan was achived by shinsa like 8 Dan today. 10 Dan was given to exceptional Kenshi for their skill and their efforts to promote Kendo.

@cancerbero8 Yea, but they were probably lost after world war two during the american occupation of japan. Many martial art secrets and masters were lost during that time period
