@@ouch110 aweee that’s ok, the lil cuties can do no wrong . Ooh I was in my yard filling the birds water bowls and bird baths and I actually had some adorable lil hummingbirds come next to me and one stopped right in front of my face, looked me over real good then flew away . I wish I could have captured that on video. It was surreal. It’s not easy seeing these lil guys, they’re so fast and they don’t hang around humans unless they feel safe. But I see them at the bird feeder every day all day and sitting on a branch in the small tree next to it. They are awfully cute. And I suspect they know I’m the one who feeds them. I love the lil guys. Every time I see one or two it just brings a smile to my face. I always remind ppl to please don’t forget to place bowls of ice cold water outside their property or in the back yard, for the birdies, it’s so hot outside and clean drinking water is what they desperately need most. Imagine seeing a dead birdie who died of thirst. I’ve seen it. I’ve seen overworked bees who were so tired at the end of the day and had no sugar water to drink for energy that they collapsed on the ground. They just didn’t have the energy to make it back to the hive. Usually by the time I get to them, they’re dead and ants are all over them. But sometimes I will find a live one and I will bring him inside and gently place him on a soft paper towel and offer him some sugar water. Not much, u don’t want to drown him. A few drops at first and more as he drinks up. They rest up safely over night and by morning they are all full of energy and ready to fly out. I just need to open the door. It’s a beautiful thing saving an animal. Even if it’s just a lil honey bee.

hahah That fur backdrop is life hahah! Absolu pour le soir is an amazing frag from MFK. It starts with a wave of honey which then transitions to incense, after that the animalic hints come through and then it settles back to this warm, furry divine rich ambery goodness. Sadly seems to be discontinued as I can't find it on the website anymore. Musc Ravageur sadly doesn't last on my skin longer than 2 hours and feels more gourmand-y /-ish but I know where you're coming from comparing it to a fluffy rabbit. Sending warm regards

I was so glad to see Salome from Papillion here, I was going to reccomend it. It was WAY to challenging for me, but its definitely dark and musky. I actually thought of the story of Salome from the Bible when I smelled the sample I had from lucky scent. Very VERY musky.. like dirty hair, covered in rose dry shampoo, then the person sprays on jasmine noir from bvlgari. Just not for me... (My favorites are Elie Saab le Parfum, Hermes Mervaille, and for niche Clive Christian Woody Rose and the Vagabond Prince Enchanted Forest. So you have a reference for my tastes.)

CrazyRussianChick Animalics are an acquired taste. When done right, they can be amazing and very sexy. The animalic smells are blended to perfection with other ingredients. Sometimes they are heavy and pronounced, and sometimes they linger in the background. The appreciation for animalics often comes later in ones fragrance journey, if it arrives at all. One has to get friends with them, like with an expensive smokey whisky or with the taste of oysters. ☺️

When I first smelt IA's Bull's Blood, I was so grossed out! It was borderline disgusting because it does conjure up thoughts of blood to my nose. After a few minutes, it does calm down a little but still too animalic for my taste. It is very well done, though, I think.

the way you say "femme" in french is a bit peculiar. The first 'e' is pronounced 'a' (like in 'mama' NOT like the letter 'a') so, you say it "famm" (yes french language is weird) and it means "woman"
