U r right sir. Customer is first should b the way to go. I had the same issue. I called one company to install network cctv 16ch. Sales person came and took details and after 2months he gave quotation withour technical person visiting for site survey. That too much higher the market rate. It happed with other installation guys also. Finally i decided to do it myself with the help of electrician. I layed @400mtr cat6. Now i finalized on the camera models with vandel and just placed order. The cost is like almost like im getting higher megapixal with features for the same cost. Installation should not b an issue as several utube videos tutorials available like urs that helps a lot. Understanding camera models and exact feature took some time. But now it seems easy to DIY. after watching ur videos. Thx.
