If you want to be sure its a quick google search :) Alot of us grew up with her music on the tv and radio in the 2000s and 2010s. Most of her songs are all in danish and then shes done a couple songs translated to english. This one is one of them. The original is called "Kun for mig" which means "Just for me/Only for me" However "You and I" just sounds more catchy to say in english than directly translating it as you can see when singing it.
