Thanks for all the ideas- I forgot about Shamrock shakes, I used to make them all the time, they are delicious. I do have to make smaller smoothie batches though as only I drink them...how much soft tofu needed for a 1- 2 serving smoothie?

If you freeze your bananas in coins, it will be easier to blend once it is frozen. 🍌❄️

Should the raspberry almond smoothie have 2-4 teaspoons of almond butter or the quarter cup you used in the video? A quarter cup is 4 tablespoons (12 teaspoons), so a huge difference.

You can use ALL of these recipes in the high speed blender and then place in ninja creami container and freeze 24hr. Take out make your ice cream!! 🍨 cheers.

Your website says that the Snickers Nice Cream has 51.3g protein. That is almost the average daily recommended intake !! No way that 1/2cup soy milk, 2 tble Peanut Butter, 2 bananas has this (maybe 12g max). I'm still gonna try it though. Are these everyday smoothies ?

I think 2 tablespoons of peanut butter is at least around 200 calories alone. To top that off are the 2 bananas which is roughly 70 calories each. I am counting the calories and we haven’t even added the soy milk. 🤔

Unsweetened soy milk is usually low, but yeah, I'm watching this and thinking that sugar content and calorie-wise, each smoothie probably makes two servings

I'd put kale and spinach together for your shamrock shake your recipe for shamrock shake that you designed looks a little darker I would have. Basically that looks really disgusting or even matcha powder. Much powder would be good

Why wouldn't you start your day with it? There isn't anything unhealthy in there? Its carb and fat loaded too, so you are going to need the day to burn that off. Please tell me why you thought someone shouldn't start their day with it? I am curious!!

@ i mean its hardly cotton candy. its natural sugar that metabolizes much slower than refined processed food as well! as having nutrients! But whatever. Just letting the kiddies know that frozen fruit is healthy
