It's meant to be a healthier option to the processed fruit roll ups! Fruit rolls up are very thin as well and would need to be folded to be easier to work with.

It's been a while since I've watched one of these videos (too many repeats for my liking). Glad I caught this one though. The hack of using the Mason jar lids as a mini tart pan is one I'll be using.
